A new plan to reduce congestion and improve traffic operations around the Matiatia ferry terminal area over the busy summer period could be endorsed by the Waiheke Transport Forum at tonight’s meeting. The plan was supposed to be given to forum and board members on Tuesday, however there were first delays and then the announcement from Auckland Transport that the discussions would be confidential.• Sophie Boladeras
