Since 2016, Onetangi and Oneroa have experienced significant property value growth compared to other Auckland suburbs according to data released by CoreLogic.
Out of the top 50 suburbs experiencing property value growth since November 2016, Onetangi was second (only behind Parakai), Oneroa was third, Surfdale fifth and Ostend thirteenth.
Property value growth in Parakai since November 2016 was 21 percent, Onetangi 19 percent, Oneroa 18 percent, Surfdale 12 percent and Ostend eight percent. • Sophie Boladeras
