There was a late start to racing on Saturday with not many cars but a great crowd for a hot afternoon. Nine cars in total showed up, four of them in Super A.

 Taz Corinaldi in car 71 got a second in the first round but was then out for the rest of the day with an alternator problem. Bruce Beaumont in car 66 had two wins, two seconds and a third plus a win in the feature. Mike Jeffery in car 25 was still trying to sort out teething problems and took three thirds and Peter Chapple in car 3 got three firsts, and a second before a ‘did not finish’ in the last round, and also received Driver of the Day.
