Could a new ferry company be in the works?
Last week, an invite-only meeting to discuss the changes to Fullers’ freight services was held at the local board offices.
Representatives of affected island businesses, along with staff from Auckland Transport, Fullers360 and local board members attended.
Business owners saw it as an opportunity to discuss the changes to freight and how their work will be impacted; although some walked away feeling like their input wasn’t taken on board. • Sophie Boladeras
