Local group WaihekeConnect hosted an event last Thursday 21 March called Knowing Your Purpose where three women shared their business journeys and the role purpose plays within them.
Emily King, Anna Dawson and Severine Von Tscharner Fleming each have businesses within different aspects of the food industry – from growing to packaging and distribution, to food systems consultation.
They told the small gathering at the Timmy Smith shop how purpose had driven their work and created value in both their personal and professional lives.• Jessie Dean
