Add Your Event

Want to add your event listing to our website and news publications? Please use the easy online form below to let us know about your upcoming event. When using this form, the deadline for new submissions to be included on our website and in Waiheke Weekender and Gulf News is one week prior to publication. If you are unable to use this form or have any difficulties, feel free to call our office at 372 5055 from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

We will endeavour to include your event in our newest issues of Waiheke Weekender and Gulf News, however, please note that publication is subject to time and space constraints and at the editor’s discretion. To ensure your event is publicised on the dates your require, please consider placing an advertisement. Our advertising rates start at $8 for a classified advertisement and display advertisements start at $45. To book an advertisement please contact sales@waihekegulfnews.co.nz.

  • A valid email address is required to confirm your listing.
  • Please list beginning and ending time(s) of your event. If your event takes place over multiple days, please ensure you specify all applicable dates.
  • Is your event ongoing, ie weekly?
  • Tell us what your event is all about. Please remember to include information such as ticket/booking fees, age restrictions, website URLs, and any other important details.
