So, you want to add your event listing to our website and news publications? That’s great! The earlier we hear of your event, the more we can do to support you!

Before filling it out, it is important to note that the deadline for submissions is one week prior to publication. If you are unable to use this form, or have any difficulties, feel free to call our office on 372 5055 from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
While we will do our best to include your event in our listings section in the latest issue of Gulf News, please note that we are subject to time and space constraints and publication in the listings is at the editor’s discretion. You may want to consider promoting your event in our classified pages too.
If your event is a ticketed event we recommend you take advertising space to announce this, as we can not guarantee if and when it will run in Weekender listings.
A classified advertisement costs as little as $10. A display advertisement, which we can design for you, will gain your event even more impact. These start at just $71. To book an advertisement please contact sales@waihekegulfnews.co.nz.
By completing our form, you are letting us know about your upcoming event. This means we can offer the following support:
Gulf News – your event may be listed in the current events area (maximum of 30 words).
Your event will also be shared with our entertainment reporter, and might even be featured in the Gulf News and/or the Waiheke Weekender in a column or story. In this case, they will contact you directly.
